8. Delivery within Australia will be made via Australia Post Registered Express Post delivery service and the standard delivery cost is included in the sale price. You should allow between 3 and 10 working days for delivery within Australia however we can not guarantee a delivery timeframe.
Lost in transit goods will only be replaced after we receive the results of an investigation undertaken by Australia Post.

10. We do not accept any responsibility for duty taxes which may be incurred for international deliveries.
13. If you have simply chosen the wrong size and wish to exchange for that reason only, you must contact us within 7 days from the date of receipt of your shoes. We will provide you with the correct sized shoes at no additional cost however you will need to bear the costs of returning your original purchase to us by Australia Post Registered Express Post. This applies only to products dispatched in Australia.
12. The procedure for the return of any faulty or sub-standard products is identical to those set out in paragraph 11 above. Where there is an issue with damage in transit, you must notify us no later than 14 days of the date of receipt. In those circumstances, we will refund you the cost of the return postage, as well as the goods and your original postage and packing charge providing there is no evidence of the goods being damaged after delivery.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Down the Rabbit Hole, our officers, directors and employees from and against all claims, actions, demands, liabilities and settlements including but not limited to legal fees arising in connection with your use of our website or your violation of these terms and conditions.

For us to process your order we will require details such as your name, address, contact numbers, billing and delivery information, credit card details and email address. Our use of your personal information will aim at personalising and enhancing your shopping experience with us.
We may use information to advise you of new products and promotions. You have the option of choosing not to receive these communications.

11. We take pride in the quality and range of our goods and hope that you love everything that you order from Down the Rabbit Hole. Please choose carefully as we will only provide a refund if a product is faulty, is not of merchantable quality, is not fit for purpose or is significantly different to those shown or described to you.
If you wish to return a product for one of these reasons, such return is subject to our approval. If approved, we will credit the credit card used to purchase the product and there will be no cash refunds. When you return a product to us for exchange we will re-send the requested item at our expense. This applies only to products dispatched in Australia.
Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept any returns on items that have been worn or used. No exchanges or refunds are offered on sale merchandise.
If we choose to accept a return for any reason other than those listed above, we will only do so for store credit and no cash refunds will be provided.
